Amy Eisenstein, ACFREAFPNWO and The Center for Nonprofit Resources are hosting The Major Gift Challenge: How to Get Started Raising Major Gifts, presented by Amy Eisenstein, ACFRE, author, speaker, and trainer.

Most nonprofit professionals are not effectively soliciting major gifts for their organizations. If you want to start or grow your individual giving/major gifts program, this session is for you. Whether a major gift for your organization is $1,000 or $10,000, you will learn how ask and receive more major gifts this year.

Amy's published books include Major Gift Fundraising for Small ShopsRaising More with Less, and 50 A$ks in 50 Weeks. Check out her blog and video posts  for free fundraising tips and best practices.

Cost of the full-day workshop is $75. Click here for more info and to register.

Presented by Armando Zumaya - Consultant, Trainer, Lecturer, Armando Zumaya Consulting

Armando ZumayaWhat do you do when you have a great prospect that nobody knows? This happens all too often to development officers of all levels. For many staff who are growing a major gifts program this is often the majority of their portfolio of major gifts prospects. This training will help you get focused, learn techniques, tips and methods to reach cold donors and get that first meeting.

This is very unique and hard to find training taught by a 30 year development veteran who still cold calls everyday. Learn to engage your prospects that every other development officer wants to sit down with.
